Mom’s White Cookies
3 ½ cups flour – white all purpose
1 cup sugar
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup of butter (room temperature)
Mix soda and tartar together
Mix flour and sugar together and add soda/tartar mixture
Work butter in with hands and eggs one at a time – bind it all together with your hands
